    This space can be\nused in different ways like kids can sit and play board games, or seniors can\nsit and read books and things like that. This whole space should be created\nwith flexibility in mind and thus the space can even be converted into a\nseparate room when needed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    13. Single storey or duplex<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    Some prefer to\ndesign and build a single storey house. Some prefer to build a duplex family\nhouse. Whether you should build a single storey house or a duplex house depends\non your personal preferences, your space requirements and the size of the plot.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Single storey\nfamily houses may work well for aged people who don\u2019t want to climb the stairs\nevery time. However, a duplex becomes the need when the size of the plot is\nsmaller and the homeowner needs more rooms and space.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
